- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Terrible customer service. You wait forever, no matter what is wrong with you. They bill you and change the amount you owe, then call you about it after you've already paid your bill. They are a horrible, horrible place to go. They also send you to collections after you've paid your bill and the office staff when you call are terribly rude. The girl I spoke with talked over me, and then asked me not to yell at her. If you like being treated like a second class citizen, by all means go there. But if you want quality care and wonderful customer service, I recommend one of the Franciscan Care Organization's offices.March 06, 2017by Aimee Johnson
